Returns

Escape Society offers a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days from the date you received your order to return your item(s) for a refund.

Send us an email on: contact@escsociety.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. You will then receive our return form. All returns must be submitted through our return form. Once submitted, you will receive a DHL return label. Please print and attach this label to your sealed parcel.

Please note: A return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To qualify for a return, all products must:

  • Be in original condition: including packaging, plastic bag, tags, and any included accessories.
  • Be unworn and undamaged.
  • Be returned in their individual bags to prevent scratches.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused.

TO RETURN AN ITEM:

  1. Email us at: contact@escsociety with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Complete our return form sent from us.
  3. Print the DHL label you receive by email.
  4. Pack your item(s) securely in original packaging.
  5. Attach the DHL label and drop off your parcel at the nearest post office.

Please note that Escape Society does not offer any exchange services.

Unless the product(s) are faulty, or the wrong pieces have been delivered. If you need a different size or another style you will have to make a return and place a new order.

We aim to deliver only the highest quality. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer support at contact@escsociety.com as soon as possible.

We’ll make it right either with a replacement or refund, depending on the case. Keep all packaging and documentation for inspection.
